About us

What Intend is

Intend is an online AI sales and communication service for real estate teams. It answers buyer and tenant enquiries on WhatsApp, phone calls and the website, books site visits and viewings, and follows up. The sales team still closes the deal.

It is built for real estate developers and their pre-sales teams, and for letting and sales agents.
