AI agents with Zoho CRM for real estate

By the Intend team at Kaigen Labs. Updated .

Your team lives in Zoho CRM. Leads come in, calls get logged, follow-ups get set as tasks. On a busy week, the logging is the first thing to slip, and the record stops matching what happened.

This page covers what Intend does in Zoho CRM today, what it doesn’t do yet, and the one thing your Zoho admin sets up.

In short, Intend works with Zoho CRM. It looks up the buyer by phone or email, creates or updates the Lead or Contact, and logs each call and note against it.

What Intend does in Zoho CRM

  • Finds the Lead or Contact by phone number or email.
  • Creates a new Lead, or updates the one it found.
  • Logs the call in Calls, with the summary.
  • Adds notes and creates follow-up tasks.
  • Never deletes a record.
Zoho CRM on one side, Intend on the other. Intend looks up the Lead or Contact by phone or email. It writes back a new or updated Lead or Contact, calls with the summary, and notes and follow-up tasks.
What moves each way with Zoho CRM today. Nothing is deleted.

What it doesn’t do in Zoho yet

  • It doesn’t move the lead stage on its own.
  • It doesn’t import call recordings from Zoho for coaching.

What your Zoho admin does

Creates a Self Client in Zoho’s developer console and pastes the details into a one-time link we send. It works with every Zoho data centre, including India.

What stays the same on every CRM

  • Your CRM stays the system of record. Intend never deletes a record in it.
  • Your team keeps working in the CRM they know.
  • Every call, message and site visit is also on one record per buyer in Intend.

Before you start

Check whether your buyers sit in Leads, Contacts or both, and tell us which. That decides where each call and note lands.
